The Suburbans and Viviana Collaborate

 

From seemingly nowhere we have a quick collaboration between The Suburbans and Viviana the Urban Rapper. Should I Buy Glasses? the new song from the band and Viviana. Her style has been labelled as socially conscious urban rap. Symbolic use of metaphor and imagery to represent current concerns. She leaves no stone unturned when she wants to make a statement. Cherilyn, a big fan of the bands work called the song a "social commentary with a dance riff", she however added "there are some bits that are a bit scary though". Describing the ethereal and echoing back-up tracks that gives the song its unique flavour. "We hinted at the fickleness of our stand with the environment with this song", said Viviana when asked what the song meant. "Dabbling with the known and the unknown is within our realm of understanding", she added.

Lets hope fro more collaborations between these two. If it happens we can be assured of more great rap dance songs with a strong social message.
