It took a bit of fiddling and twiddling to come up with the melody and the eventual song. Digging deep to find inspiration. "Coming up with the lyrics was quite natural", said Warren when he was asked how they came up with the words.

"We wanted the song to feel like instructions, we want the listener to feel like they needed to do something" said Michelle.

The idea was a social commentary on modern urban living and the rat race. Life is a set of rules, we tend to follow these blindly.

"We want you to break the rules...maybe", said a petulant Warren when asked what the song meant.
